I'm thinking loss of all limbs due to a horrific plastic smelting accident... thus leaving only the mouth to change minifig positions...

yea well i agree with bluntman but aside from that i'd say camera errors cuz my comp like auto saves evryything evry 5 minutes so it doesnt really make it a problem

Actually, my cat often destroyed my clay figures when they were on the table. They stabbed them with their claws, and their poop on their paws got into the them
